Use Wheatgrass for Easter Decorating

Wheatgrass is wheat sprouted for 7-10 days. It looks like real lush grass. Ours is ideal for use in decorating because it is grown hydroponically so there is no messy soil to handle. You can cut through the roots to make it fit any basket or centerpiece. The roots are sturdy enough to hold up the blades of grass.

Be sustainable after Easter by juicing it. An ounce of wheatgrass juice is the nutritional equivalent of several pounds of vegetables. Read up on numerous studies published on pubmed.gov
