Warm Soybean Sprout & Ginger Noodle Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups soybean sprouts
  • 6 oz rice noodles or egg noodles
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add ginger and garlic; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add soybean sprouts and cook for 2–3 minutes, just until tender but still crisp.
  5. 5. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.
  6. 6. Add noodles and toss until well combined and heated through. Simple, comforting, and full of fresh flavor.
