Warm Soybean Sprout & Ginger Noodle Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 cups soybean sprouts
- 6 oz rice noodles or egg noodles
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- 1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat.
- 3. Add ginger and garlic; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 4. Add soybean sprouts and cook for 2–3 minutes, just until tender but still crisp.
- 5. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.
- 6. Add noodles and toss until well combined and heated through. Simple, comforting, and full of fresh flavor.
