
When did vertical farming become trendy? We’ve been doing it all along. These babies take up little space compared to full grown vegetables and with growing cycles of under a week, they hit all the checkmarks for hydroponic, indoor, urban and vertical farming.
This sort of farming gives us the ability to grow over 3 million pounds of sprouts annually inside a 45,000 square foot building in the midst of urban Miami.
